Confocal microscopy

The confocal microscope LSM 700 (Zeiss) allows acquisition of images with multiple fluorescence channels on lived or fixed cells or tissue sections. Experiments of FRAP, photoactivation and photoconversion can be realized.

The specificity of the signal can be verified by spectral analysis.

We can also perform co-localization analyses after acquisition.
